Instructions

  • If you want to submit an abstract, your need to create an account. The account allows you to complete the submission and receive editorial notifications while we collect the data.

    You will receive a confirmation email regarding the account registration.
    * If within 1 minute you have not received the confirmation email, check the "Spam / Junkmail" folder, and if it is there, mark it as "desired".

  • Login
    Once you have your account, login using the next link in order to be able to submit your abstract.
    Login and go to Submit or view your Abstract(s)

  • Instructions for submitting final communications
    Once you created and logged in to your account, click on "+ New Abstract" button, complete all required fields and copy your abstract into the space provided.

    • Abstract should be submitted in English and no longer than 300 words
    • Please add authors and affiliations in the order they are to appear in the abstract.
    • Please review all copied text prior to submission
    • Please indicate whether you wish to present a poster, give an oral presentation, or are willing to do either
  • If you are an student or postdoc and are interested in travel bursaries, reseach awars, or 3M competition, please, once you are loged, click on "My profile" and check the options regarging Trainees -Follow up.
